A pattern of the "Marco" cabinet intended to explore new boundaries in ancient knowhow as wickerwork.
The pattern design is a mixture of wickerwork and looming techniques. The combination allows us to explore the aesthetic from the various culture on a different side of the world, which goes beyond the inherited pattern.
The structure was constructed with painted grow rubberwood, and 100% recycle PE plastic was chosen to use as a material to explore the weaving pattern.
Rubber-wood structure. Cover weaving with black and white 100% recycled PE plastic. Inside backing with various colors of cotton+polyester fabric.
